I developed, scheduled, and facilitated Zoom workshops, reaching over 300 young artists through partnerships with San Jose Public Library (11 library sites) and SOMOS Mayfair (3 residential/school sites). Curriculum such as Honeybees, Honeycomb, and Hexagons and an elements of art series (e.g. Lines Everywhere! What is Texture?) was uniquely developed for this new program. Classes also featured a virtual field trip component connecting the curriculum to what could be observed at the Museum.

"My kids were able to attend 4 of the activities (Bees, honeycombs and hexagons, Lines, Textures and Colors) and they really enjoyed all of them.
Thank you for the informative, engaging  and fun sessions."

Absolutely a wonderful program! My daughter Caroline enjoyed it a lot!
Thank you Miss Heidi!

I really loved the clay, bee, shapes, lines, texture and color classes.  I learned a lot and had fun and was inspired to do more art.  I wanted to show you the lines and patterns from my bead project that I have been working on.

Thank you for all the classes and all of your nice comments about my art.

I hope I will see you again in another class in the future.
